History

Established in 2013.

When Catherine and Vincent wish for coming back on there native isalnd after 30 years, the could’t dream of a bette sign from the life.

A frogotten barn and his historic «Nouvelle-​France» house waiting for there love since a long time. And an isalnd who need to refresh his offer in a gourmet jam and creative fruits recipies.

Tigidou Jam Factory was born. From the love, fresh fruit and inspired cuisine.

Vincent V.

Business Owner

Vincent is born in Saint-​Jean, the first and the must beautiful village on the Island. Is first job as a kid; collecting strawberries. He even had is own field once, selling is basket at the roadside.

After traveling around and a career in advertising and design industrie, he finally find his choosen one to inspire this project of opening the first and truly original jam factory on there both native island.
