When it first open, it’s not bad. But recently, few times I can’t me here. The line with appointment is longer than line without appointment. I arrive at the Clinique 30 min before the appointment time and yet I was 30 min late to see the doctor. And when I got in, the doctor was scolding asking why I was late.
There is something wrong with the operation of the receptionist. They have 2 windows for each with and without appointment but I never see them open both. Even when the line is all the way to the end of the hallway. But I do see them running in the back, greeting, hugging, chat, gossiping and sharing chocolate with each other.

I would actually give zero stars to this clinic. The receptionists are horrible, rude & delay the service by chatting with each other non-​stop in the back, While leaving patients waiting in line. Each time I have called for a question or to fix an appointment, I waited on the line for over 10 mins only to get a rude response. When I show up with an appointment, I would end up waiting just as long as someone withoutan aappointment. They have NO respect for their patients. My doctor is very nice which is the ONLY positive thing I can say. I dread every visit because of the reception staff. They should all be fired!!! Seriously not profesisionals

The only reason I come here is because I love my family doctor. Besides that, it’s horrendous. The wait is always ridiculously long even If you have an appointment. The secretaries are rude and never answer any of your questions.
If you have an appointment here, make sure to bring a book, a snack and some water because chances are, you’ll be there for a looooooooooong time.
