I dont understand how you can treat your clients with such poor customer service!
I’ve had been going there for a few months and there was a confusion when the receptionist took my last apt, so i showed up and obviously couldnt get my hair done because they scheduled me for the wrong week, so they started telling me it was disrespectful not to show up at apt, that i should be charged cancelation fees… To later find out that a friend of the hairdresser needed her hair done for the same party i was going! WOW… Good luck to all of you you are certainly not worth a penny
