Naysa Fusion is a casual dining restaurant, offering authentic Korean cuisine in a contemporary atmosphere. Inspired by the traditional culinary techniques of Korean cuisine, we craft all of our dishes using traditional and only the freshest ingredients creating unbeatable flavour. Our authentic Korean food hit five taste elements: spicy, crispy, sour, sweet and soft.

The modern interior and friendly service from our staff, which are summoned by table side buzzers, makes for an unforgettable dining experience. Private parties and events are welcome.

One of our specialties is the traditional Korean Bibimbab cooked in a hot stone bowl. Bibimbab is a renowned traditional Korean dish where the word literally means, «mixed rice». The hot stone allows the dish to continually cook as your dish is served and will keep your dish warm and tasty until the end.

Business Owner

Korean born in the capital city of Seoul, Bomin Bang hopes to raise awareness and the profile of authentic Korean cuisine. Its unique spices and flavors are sure to delightful any palate.

He began his culinary career working in his family’s first restaurant learning from the Korean Chef and experimenting with different cooking techniques and recipes. He has since perfected his craft in the art of Korean and Japanese cuisines and the result is the fusion of these two cultures.

Bomin Bang is a natural entrepreneur and immigrated to Canada in 2005 with his passion of food. After graduating from Niagara College in 2009, he followed his dream of starting his own restaurant and opened his first restaurant in St. Catharines. In 2013 he moved Naysa Fusion to its current location at the corner of Lake and Wellington Streets.
