We’ve created a store environment that is fun, inviting, unique, informal, comfortable, nurturing and educational. We want our store to be a community meeting place where our customers come to join their friends and meet some new ones too.

Our customers are the most important part of our business! Germaine, myself, and our team want to meet or exceed your expectations on every shopping visit. We know that by doing so, we turn customers into advocates for good health and healing.

History

Established in 1992.

The Water Bug was founded by my mother Inge Englehart and her partner Eldon Tomlinson in 1992. Inge always wanted to help people help themselves and so the Water Bug came to be. Sadly, Inge passed away in 1995 but the store continues to be family owned and operated by myself (Natalie Holmes) and long time friend Germaine Bettridge. Together, along with our knowledgable staff, we are committed to keeping her dream alive.
