had 3 large encasement windows that would open up with the crank but not close. after reading the good reviews
. we called him and he said around 9 am, the next day. he showed up on the dot of nine. great fellow, i had recently tried for hours to fix these myself (and last winter had to use coat hangers to pry the windows shut.) he said everybody turns the cranks and when they stop they crank harder breaking them. he did all three in less than 30 minutes, and showed us how to close them in the future. He had to correct too my bent window tabs that lock the windows, when i closed them last winter. we couldn’t be happier, price as quoted, on time, friendly and fast. Steve
