Wow! I should have read these reviews before I went there. Okay here is my conclusion, these people are thieves! I went to change my car’s remote’s battery. They changed it for me. It didn’t work. So I went back to them. And here is what the sales person at the front told me(most likely the owner) «this is not my battery!». I was shocked and stunned! Only one way that could have happen, and that is if the store never really changed my battery in the first place! They never changed my battery but charged me for a brand new battery! And I can guarantee you 200% that this is exactly what have happened. These people are stealing in broad day light just like this! What made me more upset is that the guy also had the balls to accuse me of stealing instead, by saying«someone» or I must have changed the battery myself and now trying to rip him off? For a $ 5 battery? Seriously! I felt so disgusted to even talk to him after that, that I left without arguing any further. But that was definitely my last visit on this store! I warned all my friends and family about this store too. It’s located in Parkway mall, right opposite to the dollar store. So either do not go there at all(safest path), or make sure you collect both the new and the old batteries with you(if you love gambling)! PS: I walked out from that store bought another battery from home hardware right next to it, and now my remote works perfectly fine.

I was overcharged on a piece of garbage rechargeable speaker. The price on the shelf said $ 35(IMO it isn’t worth $ 15), and when I brought it to the cash, the guy had to call someone on the phone to find out a price, after which time he said it was $ 40. I am guessing these people make up prices for different people. I told the guy the sticker on the shelf said $ 35 and he rang it up as such. Very few items in the store actually have a price(backing up my theory about making up and inflating prices). Nothing is organized properly and nobody seems to be knowledgeable about anything. So lo and behold, I went online to look up the exact make and model of the cheap garbage speaker I was sold retails for, and the most expensive price I could find was $ 24.99. I found it on sale for $ 14. STAYAWAYFROMRIZVI! These people are ripoff artists!

Talk about terrible service. Each salesman has no clue what the price is for anything. Nothing is labelled. There is only one person who actually«thinks» he knows what the price is. He takes the case(for an Ipod Touch 4th gen) turns it over in his hands and blurts out a price and then does this«Rain man» thing where he repeats the price and saying Yeah… then I ask if he has a different case, he then instructs someone else to show it to me. He has no clue(possibly a language barrier) and shows me something completely different. A frustrating experience… actually not the first time.
