Excellent Customer service considering I’m not really a member of their bank. This bank is a member of the exchange network which allows credit unions and smaller banks to share each-​others’ machines. As a ING Direct client, this is one of the banks I can use. The other day I was experiencing some issues with my card. They where very kind to allow me use their phone to call ING to get my problem fixed. I cannot actually speak for their accounts and products, as I am not a member. I did however happen to notice they provided a fee-​free online based chequing account.
