Sherwood Park Enzo’s To Go features fresh made pasta every day with fresh made ravioli as features. Meatballs contain no fillers and are made with Veal and never frozen. Bread is brought in fresh every day with fresh focaccia made on weekends. Enzo’s signature sandwich is a fresh pork belly rubbed in garlic, parsley, fennel, basil, salt cured over night, roasted to a medium served with crackling on a coronet bun and fresh salsa verde. Enzo carves this fresh every day in the front window. No diet specials but Enzo does offer a good selection of gluten free.
History
Established in 2014.
Enzo’s To Go Sherwood Park represents Vincenzo Taglientes’ second venture in less than a year. His successful restaurant in Edmonton on 76 Avenue has responded to critical acclaim by spawning this latest venture, a Trattoria Style restaurant for the town of Sherwood Park. Several of his regular clientèle have repeatedly stopped by his Edmonton shop to take out large orders of Mafalti, Baked Rigatoni and of course Enzo’s Famous veal meatballs. These clients are consistently from the Sherwood Park/Ardrossan area and represent a loyal following that he hopes to serve better.
