I have had very bad luck with this companies service department. I was treated like an idiot when asking any questions about the functioning of the equipment. Slowest service I have ever witnessed. I received a poor product for a high price. They met none of there estimates. I was shocked at the labour costs, and even furthermore when I watched the lack of speed, and professionalism the tech displayed in his appearance and work. When I had to return to get the work tested it became an opportunity for them to bill me again. I stressed twice at the service counter, if they were going to bill me not to spend more than 1 hr. Upon returning they’d billed for 1.5 hours. I just don’t understand how such a simple request could be ignored. It is just not worth it, to over charge your customers. This was an opportunity to make right for the first lousy job i had done. Bad business.
