At Key Mindset, we strive to provide the opportunity for all individuals to become self-​aware and self-​sufficient in supporting and sustaining a better quality of life. We are open to all, encompassing a holistic approach in taking into consideration all aspects of an individual, body, mind and soul.

Established in 2015.

Our Doulas and Counsellors possess years of formal, qualified training and experiential life experiences, while also keeping up to date with training seminars and regular supervision.
