I wish i could give this location zero stars the service is so bad. As soon as i walked in i was not greeted, not the biggest deal, but then when i went up to the counter there were 2 teens just standing around. They did not make eye contact or even say«how can i help you?» Nothing, and the service didnt get any better. Ie boy who was serving me was rude and obviously didnt want to serve me. And then, he didnt give me my change. It was 25 cents but he didnt even take it out of the till to give to me. And he knew what he was doing. Then as i was waiting for my food he was all chatty cathy and nice to the next person in line because he new him. I should have been treated like the next customer. This isnt my first bad experience with this location but now its just rediculess. If there was another Tim’s i would go there. Something needs to be changed at that location. And soon.

Worst service ever! First of all the two young girls that served me were so rude. I purchased a french vanilla and the woman that served me very rudely told me that they don’t have it. I also ordered a plain bagel toasted with plain cream cheese. I waited 10 minutes when the bagel girl came up to me and asked what I was waiting for. I told her and she said I ordered blue berry bagel with butter. I don’t like blue berry bagels so I know I didn’t make the mistake. She then told me I never paid for a bagel. After several minutes of arguing I got my order but definitely won’t be returning there anymore.
