A Fun Place for you to come in and make your own Wine, Beer or Sparkling Cider, Cooler or White Wine. You start the process — then we do all the behind the scene work for you. Then you come back into the store to bottle your Beer and/​or Wine when it’s ready.

Rob Fisher is the Current Owner — May 2012 to present.

John Elliott is the Former Owner — February 2000 to December 2012

Ross Renwick is one of the Founders — January 1992 to August 2006

Kim Renwick is one the Founders — January 1992 to June 1998

Business Owner

Three different career paths — first being in Fashion — second being in Wholesale — third being Self-​Employed.

With 28 years of business experience, Rob has had the best of both worlds. He has company start up experience, re-​construction of company experience with a background of sales and marketing. He enjoys working with people, his years of personal attention to customer service he has been able to build a huge network of vastly different types of people in all professions.

Now with purchasing this 4000 sq ft production facility in the Craft Beer and Wine making industry (formerly known as U-​Brew & U-​Vin) he has again the best of both worlds — making & selling a great product and continued working with people. This time the general public.
