Seriously stay away from this pharmacy, our doctors have had to report them for altering our medications because they «thought» the doctor made a mistake, without consulting the doctor first. In addition one of the pharmacists assistant was as rude as I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. This has only happened in the last year, we were with the pharmacy for the past 4 years, we have since moved to shoppers.

Every time go here it is for perscriptions only. I find the staff to be very professional and helpful. I really can’t comment on anything else other than the pharmacy end of the business, but I believe it is one of the best in the area. I am not certain about the retail aspects of the store as to be honest I never have really purchased much.

Our visit to Rexall in Spruce Grove today was mainly a waste of time.
My wife and I went because of an item we need that was advertised in their flier as being on sale. When we looked at the item on the shelf, no sale price was found.
We asked the clerk if she had a current flier handy and she responded in a very unapologetic manner, «We are not a flier store.»
This particular Rexall location is not conveniently located. We made a special trip for this item only to find out this store would not sell it for the advertised lower price.
We are not likely to visit this particular location again.
