Amazing customer service.
My daughter and I were in town for a BMX race this past weekend. We had an issue with her bike that needed fixed. I asked around and was told to come here. There was another bike shop closer to our hotel that we saw so we stopped in there first. That guy was a jerk and not helpful at all, so we decided to check Corsa out. Glad we did!
We walked in and my daughter was in tears, truth be told, I wasn’t much better! No less than 4 employees asked if we were ok and what they could do to help. I explained the situation and how my daughter was racing later that evening. The tall guy (didn’t catch his name, sorry!) said it sounded like something their expert should look it and he should be back soon. No sooner did he say that, then in walks the expert, Pat. I explained the situation to Pat, he looked at the bike, took it in the back and it was done withing 15 min! he even let me watch him and explained the problem.
As we were leaving, 3 different employees asked if everything was taken care of. My daughter was smiling and I was relieved!
Amazing staff here! I can not remember the last time I has such amazing customer service! From the moment we walked in, to the moment we left, I felt like I came to the right place. The service was so awesome that I sent 2 more people here when they asked if I knew of a shop in the area. My friend took her sons bike there and texted me right after walking in, «Talk about customer service! This place is amazing!»
Thanks to Pat and all the staff here for actually caring! Oh! And the thanks is extended to all of the 4 legged staff as well! They surely helped calm down my daughter!

I stopped in here because I found out the bike I want is not in stock at another store. I thought it would be better to buy it in a store than to order it, because it is sort of risky to order a bike this late in the season. The may not have any in stock.
They either were totally out of the 27.5 tires in the model I was looking at or only carry the 29er’s, so I knew I was not going to find what I wanted and purchase it. I asked the guy working there a few questions anyway though, and he was very nice to me, even though he knew they did not have what I was interested in purchasing.

Visiting the area from US. Wrecked a spoke on the ENVE wheel… The folks at Corsa fixed it promptly and it was way cheaper than sending it to ENVE. A special shout out to Miranda as an amazing map of knowledge and ride recommendations! Top notch service without attitude. Might run into an angry midget if you visit the other shop ;-)
