Onecall has been just wonderful — everything a regular builder isn’t. Onecall has all the basics covered (show up on time, they communicate!, there’s no whining about awkward jobs, they charge as per their pre-​job estimate, they don’t have to keep running off to get tools/​material etc etc), AND they go beyond that! Simon is wonderful: does brilliant work and when he sees something that needs to be done or done differently he mentions this — much appreciated by us since, like most home owners, we can’t be on top of all house issues all the time… He has easily and quickly fixed a washer that the local Whistler guys couldn’t get the part for and didn’t care that they left us without a machine for 6 weeks! He takes photos of things that look odd, and is always thinking about what he’s doing. Oncecall responds really quickly and there never seems to be a problem with scheduling (unlike most other trades?!). Oncecall is our ‘go-​to’ for basically everything. Bravo!
