It’s likely the best sushi place in Squamish. Nice atmosphere as we entered, warm welcome by staff, waitress brought coloring books for our kids while waiting for our order. I love their nigiri sushi and all platters were fresh, well balanced and tasty.

We came for dinners on two nights Dec 26 and Dec 31. Everything was really fresh. — Sushi box — gyoza was a bit strange — Sashimi box — excellent — Mango tango roll — Sushi Sen Boat for 2 — portions are a bit small, oyster motoyaki tastes different — Chopped scallop roll — Spicy tuna and avocado sashimi — Seabream sashimi — Asari Miso Soup — chirachi sushi — excellent, large portion The place gets busy, so I would recommend reservations.

I’ll have to say Sushi Sen is amazeballs. My friend recommended this place for our post hike(from Chief) meals and she was so right on this. They’re authentic Japanese restaurant with great price and huge portion. So I came with two friends and my friend got Sashimi Salad with Beef Box, another buddy got Sashimi Box($ 17.00) and Tuna Karaage($ 7.95). As for me I got Sashimi Box and fell in love with it. I love their fast service and loved my food too. I’m impressed how my box came with Tai Sashimi along with salmon and tuna, and the tempuras came with green beans, prawns, sweet potato and yam. I’m glad they didn’t put carrot tempura since I don’t like carrots. My dearly bestie couldn’t even eat Sashimi Salad and she was already full from Teriyaki Box($ 11.50 with beef). Man this place is seriously good. The server got our receipt mixed up after getting out bills. Later she got our receipts fixed and my buddy previously mentioned about free Pocky sticks. Yay, I left this resto feeling happy with free Pocky. I wish there’s Sushi Sen near my house. Hopefully they open another one in Vancouver someday. Better if it was close to my house so I go there everyday.
