this is my story
three weeks ago my granddaughter went to your shop and got her hair colored. it turned out beautifully. However, it’s been 3 weeks and all the color is gone. It cost $ 150 which I paid for.
I got her to call and complain as that is a lot of money for a three week dye. She was pretty much told you are out of luck if you did not use a proper color shampoo or your product.
I find this ridiculous. I have colored my hair for years and even the $ 5 box from the walmart last longer than 3 weeks and I NEVER use color shampoo
i have sent 2 emails and rec’d no reply

No reviews at all? I’m surprised, since all 4 stylists who were on shift when I was there were busy with clients all day.
I’m constantly on the hunt for a stylist that I like. I live in Millwoods so I was looking for a new salon on the southside, when I found out that a girl I went to high school has been working at a salon in St. Albert for the last 10 years.
Kristy was really excited when I told her I needed her to make the decisions for me and just do what she thinks would look good. She sent me some pictures before my appointment of what she had in mind. It was PERFECT.
The salon itself is a pretty standard strip mall salon. Nothing fancy… but it’s quite clean.
The staff were all very friendly and genuinely seemed to get a long and they all seem to really support each other.
I’ll definitely be coming back to this salon… hopefully for years to come.
