The Bourbon Room

Nice place in St Albert to go listen to live music.
This night there was a band playing lots of old retro 80’s type music.
Laid back type atmosphere, with a nice mix of crowd.
Good service.
Didn’t get charged cover this night, so not sure if that’s regular thing or not.

Amazing service, delicious food! Great atmosphere! My favourite weekend evening place to eat out right now!!! Five stars all the way!!!

After the renovations this place is amazing with a great and friendly staff and the food is awesome not to mention the fact of having live music every weekend it is the only place i will be going now

Just left the beer Factory and I’m having a bourbon with friends at the Bourbon Room. Wow what a cool place this is. Very comfortable and looks like it will be a great night.

I don’t generally go out much in Saint Albert but we were nearby and decided to check it out.
The place was nice and there was live music with a piano set up central to the tables. The place was clean and in a good location and the staff was friendly.
We ordered pizza and I got a side of stuffed mushrooms for myself and the food was fantastic. Great place to stop in for a drink for sure.

We were there on a Saturday night in December for a birthday party. The tables had been reserved in advance; in fact, it seems the entire place had been reserved for various birthday parties, so they obviously had an idea of the size of crowd to expect. Despite this, the staff seemed quite unable to handle things; the service was slow and pretty terrible.
The meals came without napkins or cutlery, cold (as in butter not even melted) garlic toast, cold French fries; and that is if they even had the food you wanted at all. It’s a small menu, and one of the women at our table had to order three times before her requested meal was available. I ordered a Hawiian pizza, which arrived without pineapple; I didn’t say anything at the time (because it would have been futile), but heard later that they were out of pineapple.
The food that came out hot was decent, and the piano players/​singers were pretty good; however, I find it somewhat tacky when the entertainers so boldly and constantly «ask» for tips. I would not willingly return here, and certainly not for a meal.

While I’m rarely in St. Albert, when I am it’s usually to visit The Bourbon Room!
I have only ever had their wings and pulled pork sandwich, but I have to say their cocktail menu is awesome! Served in giant mason jars and crafted to perfection, doesn’t take many to have you up outta your chair and dancing!
What differs this place from other piano bars is that if you have a request it doesn’t cost you $ 100 to hear your song. While I had an odd request one night that the pianist didn’t know, he offered up another great song that was just as good! These people sure have talent and pipes! Don’t be surprised if half the room sings along! You will catch yourself doing it, I promise!
The service here is above par and the waitresses are attentive and anticipate your needs. In a busy place like this it’s a great thing to see! They are friendly and great at making suggestions if you don’t know what you’re in the mood for.
Don’t be surprised if the owner pays a visit to your table either! There hasn’t been a night where I haven’t seen him working hard and making sure the place is running smoothly! If it’s a special night like a birthday or stagette be sure to make room for a specialty shooter!
What I really like about this place is that it’s somewhere I can take my fun loving mom or my party animal friends. It really has something for everyone! A great place for a date or a girls night out! Even if you’re not in the mood to shake your booty, you’ll certainly enjoy the music!
The Bourbon room also offers pool tables if that’s your thing!

This place is great for the after work crowd that wants to kick their feet up and have a drink after a hard days work. They have food specials, drink specials, pool tables and everything else you need for a good time.
Friday and Saturdays it turns into a lounge complete with DJ and dance floor so you can show off your moves!
Remember to look through their drink menu as they have some great creations.
