Fabio’s Pizza

We are used to going to the super cheap pizza place, but decided to try something new. We are so, so happy we did even though the pizza was a bit more expensive. Everything was absolutely perfect from the crust to the toppings. Amazing.

Awesome Pizza front counter staff not to friendly,

I really enjoy Fabios but I am pretty sure they’ve changed ownership since I first began eating there.
The food is great but slightly overpriced. The restaurant’s slogan actually mentions that they cost a little more but you get quality for the price. The price is still fair but not the best in town.
My only real complaint is that one time, my girlfriend and I were placing a delivery order for some pizza subs and the person that answered on the phone had a fit. She responded with — «This isn’t a damn sub place. It’s gonna take me over an hour. *click*». I was at work at the time but when I got home and heard this, I was fuming. We got no apology and have since pretty much stopped going there.
This is the only time we’ve ever had an issue with them and I’ll probably eat there again. I’ve had worse happen and don’t hold a grudge over it.
They make an awesome poutine though. the carton was nearly overflowing with gravy. Makes my mouth water just writing this lol.
I’ve always gotten very friendly service in the past. Once, my credit card didn’t go through for whatever reason and they hand’t noticed until after I picked up my order. I got a call but they told me to just come back when I was done eating. Now that was excellent customer service!
