PigOut offers a unique service in that we roast or BBQ all of our menus fresh on the Roaster. Catering 365 days of the year in any weather. Meat is sourced from local suppliers and is naturally reared, menus feature fresh local salads when in season and are designed to suit the client. Catering for Weddings, Corporate BBQs and Family Parties, no group is too large. Professional uniformed staff provide efficient friendly service and ensure the smooth running of your event. We specialise is Pig, Beef or Rotisserie Chicken Roasts. For a casual party you can rent a roaster ready with a BBQ ready pig to roast yourself.

History

Established in 1990.

Following careers owning and operating Hotels and large banqueting venues Alan and Anne Dickson emigrated to Canada in 2007 and brought their establised catering brand ‘PigOut’ with them. Alan developed the unique portable roaster oven which is now sold throughout the world to caterers as well as used in the PigOut Catering services!
