The pizza here is inconsistent, some days it’s fine, others it’s over-cooked. I don’t like the fact that no one is wearing hairpins or hairnet. Wearing baseball hat is okay, atleast it’s something. The gent is pleasant enough, but his moustache is too thick to not have a hairnet in place-Yes, there is such a thing! The woman is wearing a headscarf and a hat over top of that. I get it, your headscarf is a customary garment, but it’s not suitable to wear that while handling food. Has it been washed? A clean one is changed and worn each day? Food handling is to have strict cleanliness at all times. Wear gloves. Don’t handle my food, then handle money, Have one cashier, or wear gloves large enough you can slip them on and off quickly.

Located inside Fairview Mall in St. Catharines(how many Fairview Malls are there in the Greater Golden Horseshoe?!), this Pizza Pizza looked rather pleasing; the pizza looked pleasant in presentation, and the prices were decent. The cashier was rather disorganized. Actually, the whole setup was disorganized; I had to line up at the front to order my pizza, then I had to go back to the rear to pick up my order. With the booth this small it caused some confusion on the customers’ part. The pizza itself initially tasted fine, as I saw them put it in the heater to heat it. However, about 2 – 3 hours after I ate the pizza I had a stomach ache and had to rush to the washroom… which means one thing: The temperature was not set high enough. Not going to this place ever again.
