My 1st time in a Starbucks. Long long lines. Service was pretty quick. And I am now addicted to their Chai Tea Lattes.

The place is spacious, chilled out. Hot chocolate contains uncountable calories but it is double the delight to drink it.

After visiting numerous Starbucks around the city of Hamilton, I can now say this is the best one! Not only do drinks always taste the same, but service is fast and efficient! Staff are courteous, polite, and consistently keep the small coffee shop looking clean and tidy.
The only issue I have with this location is their hours. I wish they opened a bit early, and stayed open bit later throughout the entire year!

Your typical Starbucks that’s located in the same building as Indigo. You know what you’re getting when you walk through the door. The staff is always friendly, and does a pretty good job of remembering your order if you’re a frequent visitor. My only qualm about this particular Starbucks is the lack of seating. It’s a rather small location that often has lines almost out the door in the morning. Typically, finding a seat is impossible.
If you need your Starbucks fix, you’ll obviously get it. If you’re looking for the amenities of sitting, relaxing and reading a book. You’ll be hard pressed to do that at this location.
