We specialize in antique and contemporary custom upholstery, drapery and window coverings, blinds, shutters. We also carry new custom upholstered furniture from Van Gogh Designs, Vogel Chair, Chairtech, and Gresham House Furniture.
History
Established in 1996.
With a background in theatre costume, Louise Champion, owner of Spitalfields, moved into «dressing «furniture. Starting out as a one woman show in her basement workshop, she has grown her business into a full service upholstery shop, with 1800sq ft showroom featuring mainly Canadian made custom furniture, including some of her own designs, blinds and custom drapery, and a huge selection of fabrics from the leading suppliers in the interior design world.
