Avoid this place at all costs. Their customer service is the worst, especially the taller Indian guy in his 40s, he’s always trying to rip people off and his manners are the worst.

I had to change a bunch of money from my house sale to USD and wire it to the US for a house I was buying. I was told they could wire the money directly. When I had the money changed over, I was then told the money would be electronically transfered to my bank account and I would have to use my bank for the wire. Whatever, no big deal. But when I did wire the funds I found out that they didn’t electronically transfer the money and instead sent someone to my bank to physically deposit a paper cheque. The cheque has to clear, and as a result the money was delayed for several days. I nearly lost the house.
