Bosley’s Pet Food Plus

LOVE THIS STORE. The staff is really knowledgeable and super friendly. Prices are great and even better they price match! Grooming is amazing and professional. Would recommend this store to anyone!

Still shop here, staff is better trained! Love the buy 10 get 1 free on pet food. Updating mostly because I am thrilled that the groomer working here is not the same as my last review. A friend uses the new groomer and is very happy!

I went in to this bosleys for the first time and was happy that they carried my brand of dog food I feed to my puppy. The cashier was very pleasant and an Asian fellow who was working on the floor was very helpful at figuring out how much I would be saving if I were to buy the bigger bag. All my questions were answered and am definitely going back ! Great store !! Very happy :)

They have grooming at the back corner of the store that my Bichon had been going to for 5 years. Lately, it was taken over by a new groomer and boy are we happy with the results. Yayo does a better job than the previous tenant and our dog comes out less stressed!

I came in to have my little dog’s nails trimmed so I thought I’d browse the store as well. The selections are very limited and are a bit pricier than Petsmart.
Staff are very friendly and the cashier offered my dog a treat too, even though he had to open up a new treat bag because they ran out of treats to give out (awwe sweet!).
As for the GROOMING, its located at the corner back end of the store. It’s very small and would fit just one dog on a table at a time (they do have kennels though). They dont have very much services to offer yet and I believe the groomer that we had has only been there for about 3 weeks (she mentioned).
So we only wanted our dog’s nails trimmed so nail trim it is! It’s $ 5 for any size dog. Really cheap BUT the rest of the prices go higher. Bath for $ 20. Bath AND Brushing is $ 30 (I always thought baths automatically includes brushing). And if you want your dog shaved, that’ll be $ 40. Now I dont know if its 40 dollars MORE or 40 dollars in total. It was very unclear. I could get the whole shibang at Petsmart for about $ 45 and that’s including nail trim, bath, brushing, face trim, glands trimmed, paws trimmed, etc. And I think Petsmart is more professional (not the best, but still better than this for the price).
Plus, the groomer barely cut my dog’s nails. I could’ve done it myself at home! I wanted a groomer to cut them for me so they could really cut it further than I can (and i just really cut the tips, far from the wick. which is what she did). But hey, it was only $ 5 wasted.
Overall, it wasnt a bad experience but now I know I wont be going in here for any type of grooming. As for supplies, since the location is more convenient for me, I might drop by if I really need to get something quickly.

I have never really cared for Bosleys’s selection or staff but this location floored me. The teenage worker couldn’t even help me find unscented cat litter. I was not impressed. Sticking to the Langley one!
