Mark is an amazing chef. Not only is he kind, understanding and funny… he truly wants to make you so happy with his food. We got married on August 29, 2015… during the «Worst Storm in a Decade». Our appetizers were cucumber rounds stuffed with cream cheese — heaven! So refreshing. Mini Yorkshire puddings with a little gravy and roast on top — I could eat a thousand of these — I would have but for the dress stopping me. Cold Prawns with cocktail sauce — mmmm they were huge and perfectly cooked.
Our main dinner was beef roast, wild salmon, baked pasta, mashed potatoes, rice pilaf, Szechuan beans, citrus spring salad, Mediterranean salad, Cesar salad, gravy and dinner rolls.
Wow — what worlds can I use to describe the food. Outstanding is the best one I can think of! The beef was perfectly cooked, the mashed potatoes creamy and the gravy was comfort food perfection.
Mark served fresh fruit and pastries when we cut our cake. It was perfect to be honest. His staff was efficient and polite and the food was outstanding. I would highly recommend Catering Visions for any party you want to plan.
