let’s see where to begin, she specializes in Cloverdale, so she didn’t want to show me anything in White Rock or the Boundary Park area, I told her I had a pet, and all the listings she pulled didn’t allow pets, so our first night out we couldn’t see any places she hit a car and left the scene because she was typing on her blackberry as she pulled out, she insisted she get her full commission because the seller used 1% realty. I found my own place that she didn’t want to show me until I insisted, needless to say as a first time home buyer, now I know I paid too much because she wanted her full commission. She didn’t care about me at all, I was small potatos… and not nearly important enough for her full attention. I almost lost the house because she misinformed me on needing CMHC because there was a special assessment on the property I bought and so unexpectedly I had to come up with another 1% over the price because of CMHC even though I had more than 25% down. Totally would never use her or recommend her as a realtor again. As a first time home buyer, I know what I don’t want next time!
