This is a little gem, as the owners are brand new(just bought the place 4 days ago) and they are so amazingly friendly. I am stuck on the warm welcome we got walking into the restaurant. That was a huge bonus. Food. Yummy. This is some of the best Indian food I’ve had, and I’ve had lots. :) Authentic flavors that hit the mouth and explode. The smells are wonderful and the textures are perfect too. We ended up eating far too much as we went on a tasting exploration of the menu. I wish I hadn’t gotten full, I want to try more. Guess that will be on the next visit. Do yourself a favor, order the mango chicken. MANOHMAN. delightfully sweet, spicy, and… Worth driving here to eat. Try the Aloo Parantha also, because it is simply the best Parantha I’ve ever had. Now, enough typing, my gelato just arrived! EDIT: wife wanted some soup, new owner didn’t have soup but made special for her. Wow.

I can speak only lunch buffet on Fridays for $ 9.99. Includes rice, butter chicken, pannier, lamb, dhal and cauliflower. They never refill or top up anything, just currie/gravy only most of the time. Some people were given naan bread not me. Absolutely no service. you need to get your own glass of water from cashier’s desk as well. I asked them to top up meat dishes as I have nothing to eat and soon lady gave me the look… oh my… May be they are not experienced in running a buffet. Extreamly disappointed.

I was in the neighbourhood and hungry so I decided to drop in on this unassuming local eatery for a quick meal, and had in mind that I only wanted to spend $ 10 or so. I ordered the pakora plate and the samosa plate. The pakoras were crispy and not greasy, flavourful but not overly spicy. With a decent tamarind chutney for dipping. I enjoyed them. The samosa plate was incredible. The dal and cilantro chutney topping was an incredibly delicious sauce that was sweet and spicy. It tasted freshly made, the samosas themselves were a decent size with the standard potato and pea filling that we all enjoy. Overall, I’d say it was a decent value & the tastiness of the food was far above the average, watered down food that they serve in some places. I would definitely enjoy going there in the future to order some of their larger more substantial items for the full dinner experience or to order a whole bunch of dishes to share in a group setting.

Recently opened. Everything tasted amazing; ordered chicken vindaloo, chicken saag, vegetable biryani, garlic naan. Fresh and homemade, spiced perfectly and their paneer pakora is to die for. My main concern though is the biryani; there were several bites where I bit into a pit or whole seed that could have ended with a trip to the dentist if I hadn’t been lucky. The vindaloo is also a little skimpy on the meat, substituting more chicken for potato. Definitely worth stopping in, but just be cautious of the whole seeds and pits in the rice!
