Global Pack N Ship

I would give them ZERO STARS if I could. I had Global Pack N Ship coordinate a shipment of a few pieces of furniture and boxes for me. It was a long distance move. I should have looked elsewhere, but was pressed for time as my apartment lease was up. They contracted another company called VTL to ship the items. The two guys who showed up were clueless about furniture moving. When the shipment finally arrived at the destination, the entire sofa fabric on the back had been damaged by forklift fork punctures, the coats were torn, luggage was destroyed, and a wood chest was chipped. Tony A. at Global Pack N Ship did not take responsibility for the damage and passed the buck to the 3PLs that they contracted. I have tried to recoup money for damages from Global Pack N Ship and the 3PLs but no one wants to take responsibility. I don’t know what kind of business you run, but if I paid Global Pack N Ship the money, they should take the blame and rectify the situation. Talk about NO INTEGRITY. NO ACCOUNTABILITY. DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE LOSERS. I HOPE THESE GUYS GO OUT OF BUSINESS AND LIVE WITH THE HOMELESS IN VANCOUVER!!!

Quite simply the best customer service I have ever received.

I’m so glad I found GPNS! I had to move all my stuff from Vancouver to California and I had no clue what I needed nor how to even pack and ensure that it gets to it’s destination safely. I had also left for California so I couldn’t really check on my items and I was missing a few papers before it can clearly go through customs.
They did everything for me. I barely had to lift a finger. They explained which forms I would need to fill out for customs. They came and picked up my boxes from my apartment, and for a small fee they were able to store my items until my papers cleared. There was a bit of confusion with the receiving company here, which was not their fault, otherwise everything came on time just like they said. What impressed me the most was the way they packed my stuff! It was tightly wrapped on a pallet and well labelled.
Absolutely confident about recommending this company. Very professional. They kept in contact making sure my items reached my new place.

I highly recommend Global Pack N Ship for your trucking, customs broker and insurance needs for shipments going south. I had a requirement to ship 2000 lbs from the Interior of BC to the Southern USA. After many frustrating dealings with the big boys I found GPNS on the web and filled out their form. Within 10 minutes I got a response with full pricing. We worked out the details and the shipment was picked up at my home and delivered down south in eight days. Throughout all this they were in regular contact. Send an email to them and the response was 5 minutes. Phone them, no voice mail, just immediate contact with your logistics coordinator. Fantastic, a job very well done.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff that are able to answer any shipment/​packing related question you have.
They are an authorized Fed-​Ex and UPS agent so you can choose which ever provider you want. And when I went here they were nice enough to actually pack what we were getting Fed-Ex’d for us! It was great — and they made the labels and everything!
I would definitely come back here to ship anything.
