Worst customer service ever! Not one single employee smiles, even the managers. HELLO THIS IS RETAIL FOR CHRIST’S SAKE, it’s your job to smile. Not only that, but isn’t the manager supposed to be representing the store’s product? Tell me why both the managers at H&M looked like the just got out of bed and threw some clothes on??? Lord, you must be a fool to shop at this location, if I was HR for that company, I’d find a way to fire all those spiritless twats. Oh, and Lisa, brush your teeth will you? Walking around the damn store like you looking for a dental hygienist.

First time at this location. My friend told me they carry an item I was looking for that my son wanted. We went in and found only one pair but asked the girl working the dressing room if they had more somewhere else In the store. She looked quite annoyed I asked a question and had no idea what I was talking about. But, rather than ask another staff member for help (which I would have been completely happy with), she simply said «No, we don’t carry that.» Now… I had already found the item… so yes they DID carry it. So I told her I’m sure you carry it, I also saw it on the website. This is the statement that bothered me even more… she said «We don’t carry anything from the website.» Wow. How can you work in a store and not realize that yes, you do carry a lot of items from the website! I was very annoyed at the lack of help and misinformation. I purchased the 5 items my kids picked out. I then went home and looked at the Canadian H&M website again. Wow! All 5 items I bought my kids were on the website! But according to someone who works in the store and should know something about the store, «We don’t carry anything from the website.» I’ll try another location next time.

Disappointed in the lack of service at this location. There was no one around to help and the 2 cashiers were not friendly and highly disinterested in doing their job. Also noticed that there is very little variety at this location.
Prefer the downtown location anyday (even if traffic can be a battle, its worth it!)
