We have just wrapped up our second sale & purchase with Jenn and Colin and as we were the first time, we were extremely impressed and pleased with the very high level of service we received from them. For us it was a no-​brainer to use them again.
They were extremely accommodating with when we wanted to see places and where we wanted to see them. Colin provide honest advice about homes and locations that we were looking.
With Colin’s expert advice we were able to exceed our expectations on the sale of our house. The right fixes, the right price and his style led to multiple competing offers above our asking price.
Colin was also help to help secure our new home at the price we were willing to pay through a somewhat tough negotiation,
Since we have moved into our new home we have some minor issues that have needed to be resolved. Jenn was quick to respond and get resolutions to the problems that again exceeded our expectations.
Colin and Jenn are extremely professional, easy to communicate with and work with you as if you are their own family. We would highly recommend them to anyone. Using them twice is a reflection of their service and we will use them again when the time comes to sell and purchase down the road.
