They are only good in body damage repair. I sent my car here for underchassis damage assessment after an icbc inspector assess the body damage. He then told me to have my car assess its underchassis at any accredited autobody shop of my choice since he cannot check the underchassis damage so he told me to look for an auto body of my choice and they will continue to assess the underchassis because he cannot lift the car. I brought my car here but they only fixed the body. I even went back again to have some bent parts straighten. Worst. They didn’t fix my muffler and abs light which they cannot even tell me what cause it or which part was damaged under. Only to find out from an independent mechanic that an abs sensor was damaged adjacent to the damaged muffler close to where the impact they worked on. They can’t even tell me which abs sensor was damaged that cause the abs light to lit. The independent mechanic made an assessment and had pointed out the damaged sensor, just next to the rear broken muffler where my car had an impact. They are good in body repair but if you have related underchassis assessment and damage, find another place. But because they have bc children donation I gave them 3 stars, the hassle I went through and for not fixing my car right.

Was straight forward, up front, did the job quickly, conveintly and way cheaper then expected.

I’ve had to take my car here a couple of times, since I’ve been in a couple of minor accidents. Kirmac always does a good job and gets the job done quickly. They also always give you a rental car from the rental place next door to them. And they deal directly with icbc.
