I am currently gathering quotes for a strata to get 800 square feet of paving done and have contacted many companies to try and get a generalized quotes. I formulated a well thought out e-​mail to try and get quotes. I understand that without actually seeing the site an accurate quote cannot be given, however, in the years of business and many invoices issued you would think that they could at least provide me with a sliding scale, especially since I have to present this both to the membership and maintenance committee of the strata I am inquiring on behalf of. I did receive a well thought out response from John in a timely manner which is a lot more than what the other companies have given me. The 5 star is based on communication which is a huge plus in the trades industry and something that seriously lacks.
I took his information into consideration.
The fact that his communication was efficient proves in my books that he cares about his business and cares about his customers by trying to give them what they need.
