Worst customer service on the planet the guy who answers the phone is extremely rude the technician Sam who came out initially was great as we were having issues with our hot water tank Sam told us that the water tank can be replaced under warranty, and he would go back to the office and put in an application for us to which he did but never got back to us we tried for days to get a hold of them and finally when we did he said yes it is under warranty and we can replace your whole tank which will cost us $ 600 which includes his labor and the application fee.
My husband to which then said please give me a breakdown of your application fee and labor charge because we can go out and buy a new cheap tank and have it installed for $ 600 — if the tank is under warranty it should be replaced for free and we were more than willing to have to pay for his labor charge — he failed to provide us with some answers so we canceled his service and then I went back to the office to speak to the gentleman who answers the phone to get some clarity. He was very rude and said that was his charges and to go elsewhere if you’re not happy I said well if it takes him 3 hrs we would like to go with you and I’m more than willing to pay $ 100 an hour for your labor cost even if it took three hours. He then again it was very rude and said that is our costs go somewhere else if you’re not happy I said OK fine and I hung up and before hanging up I said I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
Worst customer service ever can’t get a hold of anybody and they tend to forget to get back to you
