McDonald’s

I order an oreo mcflurry and 2 bacon mcdoubles. I get the ice cream first and the cup is barely half full. I ask if they can fill it. The rude girl who took my order told me its full, in a completely cunty way. Then the manager came I and told her I would pay for the extra bit just fill my cup. She was even more rude and told me theres no way to «punch it in ». Im no expert in the service industry but im sure she could’ve charged me for a sundae. Based on her body type and facial marks, I get why she would be so mad. Life has been not so fair thus far. Based on the absolutely disgusting, poor, pathedic service I had received I asked for my money back for the burgers. The fat visually disgusting manager threw the bag on the ground and gave me my money back. I said thank you, no response. Louder repeated myself, that’s when the fat ass bitch manager called me trash as I walked out the door. I get it, shes a fat ass bitch, most likely single with no future. Why did she have to stain my view of the usually welcoming golden arches?

Me and my family have been going to this location for a couple years now. We’ve always received great and friendly customer service.
The food is always fresh and hot. And the new breakfast McWraps are the best. I recommend the new kale and feta wrap. The best lunch menu would have to be the McChicken combo; especially when it comes out fresh from the vat. Ever burger here taste like it’s made with love. And you can’t find that at most McDonalds.
The service speed is always 100% unless you come during a really busy hour then of course it’s a bit slow. No matter how slammed these employees get they always have a smile on their face and seem to really want to be there, which we all know is a big thing for me. :)
The only thing that drop this store down one star is that they need to keep better care of their lobby. No likes walking into a messy lobby.

It’s good because not too many people everytime I come here with my kids :). Mostly busy for take out orders. No play area for kids.
