Menchies Frozen Yogurt

Menchies is honestly the best snack/​dessert/​lunch that you can have!
The premises of Menchies is very simple: you get a cup, pick a flavor, and add as many topping as you want. They have new flavors every week but I am a fan of the original tart and then I just put a bunch of toppings!
They have a really big selection of toppings, from cereals, chocolates to fresh fruits and syrups!
If you’re looking for a health. ish sweet menchies is for you!

This is Anna’s daughter. I love Menchies I love Menchies because all the flavors are so yummy.

It was pretty disappointing in this day and age that they don’t accommodate better to people with lactose intolerance. I know not to expect much from a place that is specifically for frozen yogurt but it’s very discouraging when all the most delicious flavours are only offered with dairy. Please expand your options for sherbets and I will be back

The further out, the bigger they are, check out how colossal this one is, especially compared to the one at Fairview.
Lots of seating, high ceilings, makes a good date nite for dessert, and somewhat healthy depending what you put in there. I start off good, choosing the orange vanilla sorbet, then some fruits, then what the hay, add some caramel chocolate explosions and Reese peanut butter cups, then we’re all good. :)
and this is a great place to use the washrooms discretely, another set of doors right by it, no key required.

They changed their formula of the yogurt. It’s much more icy and lacking in flavor. Their excuse was to make it more flavorful. On the contrary, it’s far more thin and diluted. The taste is chemically and it melts very fast. I’m done until they change it back.

Cannot go wrong when you can make it exactly the way you want it!

Clean, a shitload of toppings and friendly staff! You can test out each flavour, before choosing what you want. Currently I am hooked on the melon Sorbet and the CAKE BATTER is a MUST!!! The selection of mochi as well as popping fruit boba is awesome!!!

Trendy, hip little joint to go grab a quick and somewhat healthier treat than??? DQ. I like that they label all the products so you know what you are getting.
PLUS you can taste test until you find what is right for your palate. I’ve usually had my serving by the time I am done trying all the flavors.
Good for a kids treat! Kids love it.

Awesome Frogurt at an awesome price, I am use to paying $ 5 for a small cone with no toppings in Steveston or Granville Island. This franchise is way better then Pinkberry because it’s cheaper and way more options for flavours and toppings.

The best part about this place is the ever-​changing flavors they offer. The best one I have had to date is peanut butter. The toppings are abundant, so you can make it as healthy or nutritious as you want.
I will continue to frequent this location of Menchies.

This was not good. I’m not a fan of self serve-​people were licking their fingers and then serving themselves. Not sanitary at all.

Honestly I don’t know how this wasn’t my first or even one of my first reviews; I am such a Menchie’s fangirl that my desktop picture is the Menchies characters, I have Menchies stickers in my vehicle, and before my son ripped them off I had all of the pin buttons on my backpack as well. I’ve gotten the $ 5 credit on Menchies card likely more than 15 times.
Extreme? Yeah, well, fuck you!
This is my favourite location but Menchies is just the best dessert. People think I’m ridiculous when I’m here or talk about this place because my naturally big and bright brown eyes near pop out of my head.
There’s nothing better for me to walk into an establishment and have 8 different flavours of frozen yogurt, and an entire bar of toppings to choose from including cheesecake, brownies, cookie dough, etc. Baked goods AND frozen yogurt in one place? Uh huhhhhh.
Oh boy oh boy oh boy oh boy. I think I just pee’d in my pants a little talking about it.
Go here or any other location everyday. Cambie location had pistachio flavour the last time I was there.

Mmmm frozen yogurt! I have been driving past Menchie’s for some time now, but finally decided to go, and boy was it a treat! Compared to the price of other food-​outings in the lower mainland, it was actually quite reasonable and the staff was friendly too.
And, well, the yogurt was delish! The selection of mix-​ins was really great too — tons of options!
Unfortunately, the layout of the mix-​ins was kind of weird. It felt a tad bit unsanitary to me and there were just so many people in the store that it was overwhelming. Hoping my next visit is not at yogurt rush-​hour.
Also, it seemed like Menchie’s was the hiding place for all people under the age of 30. I walked in and it was like the fountain of youth in there — high schoolers and young adults. Kind of refreshing, also kind of odd…
But, I will for sure go back!

I’m in love. Scored a groupon to fuel my addiction! Love that I can taste all the flavours before deciding. Wish I were rich enough to open up a location closer to me.

My first time at Menchies and I can see why so many people like it so much. It’s lot like Yogen Fruz but with more options and I loved that they had a dairy free piña colada sorbet. I try to avoid dairy as much as possible but yogurt is my one area of weakness and having a dairy free option is great.
My son who usually doesn’t ilke yogurt will eat this because it’s like ice cream. I will definitely will be coming here often once I move here.

How will i convince other frozen yogurt dilettantes that this place is probably *ahem* DEFINITELY better than your previous? How about a 30-​minute drive just to get this yogurt on a daily basis? Yes, it’s a 30-​minute drive to heaven and I would do it in a heartbeat.
There are little empty ketchup cups that you can take and try free samples of yogurt, which is nice instead of hassling the people that work there for samples. You can chose whichever you like to taste. Nothing is worse than buying and eating something you don’t necessarily like — so free samples is a huuuuuuge bonus!
I’m not exactly sure how many flavours their are but there’s different flavours for every tastebud under the sun and then some! Personally, I always stick to the Original Tart because its a great canvas to decorate toppings with. But i sometimes add a little swiggle of Cake Batter because it’s just too irresisstable to ignore.
There’s a large selection of toppings varying from fruits, cereal and candy. Again, catering to every tastebud.
The staff is friendly, the place is adorable, the prices are fair (since it’s up to you) and lots of seating space. Not to mention, the location feels like it’s in the midst of LA with all these cute, boutiques around.
Trust me, on a hot, sweaty summer day, this is the perfect dessert and a way to cool down. I promise *crosses my heart*.

Great place for a special treat… so much variety you get to pick your yogurt and then a smörgåsbord of toppings! Toppings from healthy fruit to the not so healthy candy coated treats.
Prices are based on the quantity you choose.
Nice clean atmosphere, located in a beautiful strip mall with a slight downtown like feel.

This place is awesome, I fell in love with the red velvet yogurt but I am now cheating on it with the peanut butter.
and don’t even get me started on the toppings, mini peanut butter cups, gummy bears, nuts, fruit you name it they got it.

Seriously amazing frozen yogurt!!! And just overall a fun place to go for a healthy treat!!!
Prices are good as it’s based on how much you choose to put in your bowl. You pay for what you take but you can mix and match any flavor frozen yogurt, candy topping, fruit, sauces, etc.
All the staff i’ve encountered thus far have been nothing but helpful and always smiling!
