We are a very techie in real estate and are paperless, right down to e-​sign. We have had clients without a computer and do a quick phone booth switcharoo (when we can find a phone booth) and arrive with good old fashioned paper.

The South Surrey and White Rock real estate market can be overwhelming. We have a great deal of experience and can answer your questions. Most importantly, we try to make the real estate experience enjoyable. So relax, there is room for a little fun in real estate.

Business Owner

Mike Alleyne moved to the South Surrey and White Rock area after living in Jasper, Alberta for many years. While in Jasper, Mike worked for Parks Canada for 16 years and eventually became the Liaison Officer for the town. In this role he became well versed in by-​laws, the community plan, and the housing and business infrastructure needs of the community. This is where he learned so much about real estate, town planning, and development.

Despite enjoying Jasper, Mike always dreamed of living by the sea and a milder climate. His wife, also a realtor, was from Tsawwassen, and she wanted to move back to be closer to her family. So in 1997 they moved to BC. The mild weather here allows them to fully enjoy the community and in particular, nightly dog walks in the many parks in White Rock, South Surrey and Panorama Ridge.

Mike really enjoys working in real estate and his clients really appreciate his depth of knowledge, attentiveness, humour and likeable personality.
