Noir Lash Lounge

They are consistent. I go here for my lash extensions and they always do an amazing job! I get tons of compliments and I’ve never walked out without being an extremely happy customer! Highly recommend.

Three weeks ago I decided I needed a little me time. I looked up Noir Lash Lounge and was super excited to see some really great reviews on some beautiful lashes. I looked at their social media accounts and silently stalked those with new lash extensions until I called the lounge and made an appointment for a full set.
The experience was okay. The appointment was made without error and the lash-​lady (??) was waiting for me patiently on that saturday morning. The lounge was cute, empty and quiet. I asked the lash-​lady if they had certain ‘looks’ to choose from and she just shrugged and gave me a beat-​up card with different styles to choose from. When I asked her about the differences between the styles, she said that all styles were pretty much the same. Um, okkkaayy… anyways…
The result was beautiful. Holy crap. I loved these extensions and I was certain that even for the high price of $ 80 a set, I was hooked.
And then 2 weeks flew by.
I made an appointment for my sister and I to come back to the salon for more lashes until I realized that my ACTUAL lashes were falling out. I know that lashes tend to fall out on their own but I just had a feeling that this was NOT NORMAL and that it was actually an issue. I finally got them removed by Noir today and guess what? My natural lashes are ridiculously short now. Even my husband and mother noticed a difference between my before Noir lashes and my after Noir lashes.
I’m going to have to nurture these babies back to health with some oils and no makeup now.

ALSO– Noir needs more employees in their facility. I’ve walked into Noir a total of three times (one time I had to reschedule my lash removal) and every time there is only ONE person working there. Why is that an issue, you ask? Well dear child, I will tell you why:
There is a sign outside that clearly says «Walk in’s welcome» so when someone walks in and wants lashes likerightnow and that one lash-​lady is busy with a 1.5 hour lash set, no one wants to wait that long to get their eyes done. Also, both times I have had services provided, the poor lash-​ladies had to stop working on me to answer phone calls, make appointments and talk to those who came in asking for lashes.

Been to this location a handful of times and every girl that’s done my lashes have been great. Definitely a better experience than the Granville location. The owner in surrey is super nice too so that’s a plus.

Overall bad experience — bad service bad quality — I was very disappointed. I’ve had several other lash entensions done, but the girl that did them must’ve been having a bad day. I won’t know for sure because I will not return.

Good lash application, though the threading leaves something to be desired. A lot of hair was missed, and I was left with white bumps popping up in a lot of places. Never had that happen before. It seemed like the girl was maybe not too experienced at threading.
