Business Owner

I bring a practical and realistic perspective to my counselling practice. It is my belief that people have the answers within them to solve their problems. I help you in your marriage, family or as a individual, to get to those answers. It is through having a good perception of who each other are that builds strong communication and understanding. This helps in having a strong couple relationship, family and confident individual. l am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and have a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology. My training includes Gottman Marital Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Imago Couple Therapy, Family Systems therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. I am also the co-​author of, «A Child’s Story: Going to School with Anxiety»
