Best rice noodle in Langley, ever! Have tried several Vietnamese restaurants during the lunch break, and finally come back to this one. Personally, I feel that they have the most tasty rich noodle soup, and #14&15 are my favorite.

This is my favourite late night phở joint in Langley. Sometimes you have a hankering for some 10:00pm fatty brisket and tendon… it happens. Their broth is great, the service is always quick and attentive, what more can you ask for. In addition to lovely soups their rolls are large and tasty as well. On occasion I have also been known to delve into a lemongrass chicken vermicelli or pork steak platter, even a bah mi sandwich. Seriously, I haven’t had a bad meal here.

I’d never had Phở until Phở 99, but man is it good! I love spicy, so their spicy soup is amazing. The large bowl is amazingly well priced, as is most of their menu. My wife and I usually will spend a grand total of $ 16 for a full dinner.

I’m becoming an Asian food snob. I come by it honestly, however — I married into an Asian family.
Anywho, this place is fantastic. The Asian part of our family said it was the most like his mother’s that he’s ever had… and his mom is a great cook.
We will be back again.

Honestly one of the best Phở’s out there. Service is ALWAYS top notch, and the food is very well priced (on the lower end) with really quality food! As soon as you sit down, you’re offered tea, and the servers seem to always be doing ‘something,’ whether it is preparing a table or sweep the floors. The environment is modern and clean. Never had any problems, and I visit every now and then to eat with friends or to do take outs. If you’ve never been to any phở’s, try the House Special (noodles with beef broth and beef).
PS I don’t know what they do differently from the other Phở’s, but their lemon grass pork MELTS in your mouth. HUMINUH HUMINUH

I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star. Terrible customer service, they don’t even smile. Ordered 1 phở flank steak which came out lukewarm had them send it back and asked if they could microwave it hot, not to mention the steak was thick and rubbery. I only ate the broth from my soup. I will never step foot in this place again.

This is my favorite place to get my bun bo hue — spicy phở. It’s absolutely delicious and I keep on ordering that every time I go back.
On the other hand, I tried their lemon grass chicken which to me and the husband, does not taste like lemon grass. It’s got some kind of curry flavor to it, which is slightly interesting but it didn’t satisfy my taste buds for the lemon grass flavor that I wanted.
Their restaurant is very clean and it’s a nice phở restaurant. They got booths as well as tables with chairs. It’s very comfortable here.
I also love their wide array of items on their menu. They have a pretty big selection for a phở restaurant.
I was impressed with the food and service every time we’ve gone. I will definitely go back again and again!

Phở 99 is delicious! The staff are super friendly and helpful when you have questions regarding the menu & everything comes relatively fast. The atmosphere is really modern for a phở restaurant, and I really enjoy it!
My last visit, my server forgot to bring out my salad roll but apologized when I reminded her.
Also, they don’t always remember to refill on tea or water, but is still a solid 4⁄5 for this phở enthusiast.

Hey, you want good, standard Vietnamese in a clean, modern environment with friendly staff? Here it is. I wouldn’t consider this a place for special occasions, but it consistently delivers in some areas.
The friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the place are head and shoulders above most Vietnamese places, and there is almost always a table. The flavours aren’t as amazing as other, more hole-​in-​the-​wall places, but sometimes you just want the warmth and security of a decent meal in a nice environment. For example, this is one of few Vietnamese places without a huge, blaring TV. :)
It feels like chain restaurant, but that isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Consistency can be comforting.

The food at this Vietnamese Restaurant is simply good. We have been eating here regularly for the past couple of years and the quality of the food has always been consistent and fresh.
Here you can eat a Vietnamese Sub for only $ 3.50 or 10pcs. chicken wings for $ 6.50. Just love their Noodle Bowl # 73 with lemon grass chicken, veggies and spring rolls for $ 7.80. Two people can eat dinner here for under $ 20. They also have a 10% discount Membership card which you can get from the local newspaper.
The food here is light and not greasy.
The staff are courteous and friendly, also the service is fast.
The décor is modern and clean, including the washrooms.

The Langley location, is not as busy as the Coquitlam Restaurant… And, for this reason is perhaps so very much Cleaner.
However, the Staff are also more friendly and seems to be very ‘Hard Workers’.
