I don’t even agree to give one star but it’s the only way to write a review. I took my shihztu here once for a hair cut only to be told not to bring him back because «he was to yappy» when he was locked up in their tiny cages for hours. Terribly rude staff and a sad excuse for animal care. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

We used to take our dog here for grooming, the cut was always good BUT the service is lacking, they take in too many dogs who get stressed in the cages, they have teens with no proper training doing a lot of the work. The last time we were there she yelled at us that we should never hit our dog with his hairbrush and that’s why he stresses at the groomers… we have NEVER hit our dog. We found a new groomer who works out of her home and our dog LOVES going there… no stress!!!
