Me and my friend usually eat here and the male owner is super nice and funny. But today was a totally different. One of the worst experiences in Quiznos hands down. There was a middle aged Vietnamese woman lady(I assume from her jade necklace) working behind the counter. Once we ordered the subs we used coupons that we got in the mail and it all started to go downhill from there. Maybe the fact that me and my friend saved an extra $ 2.30 pissed her off? In any case once we got the subs my friend asked for extra mayo and red wine vinaigrette on the side as he always does. She gave him an annoyed look and said she already put it in the sub, he said«yes I know, but I always get some on the side.» She walked off to get it. What she gave back was mayo with Red wine vinaigrette mixed together. My friend gave me a dumbfounded look. From all the times we have eaten at Quiznos no one has mixed the two separate sauces, they always give them separatly. In any case we asked for separate sauces. The lady, already being in a bit of a «mood», seemed to get even more irritated at this time. I finished my sub and as my friend was halfway through his found a nice long strand of the ladies hair in the sub! I preceded to gag as he pulled it out of his mouth. We got up to tell the lady and she said doubtfully, «where? Show me I want to see it.» I personally was shocked at her response. Normally an employee would be concerned but nope, not her. My friend gave her the sandwich and said«You can dig through it yourself.» We both walked out and left. Never have we been so rudly treated anywhere. My advice to anyone looking to eat here when that lady is working is to turn around and walk the other way. Come again another day when the owner is working.

Best Quiznos I’ve tried anywhere, to be quite honest, and the ONLY one I will get food from. Great location as well, directly across from Guildford mall, so it’s super convenient to stop in for a snack if you’re in the area shopping. The most important thing to me when I walk into any establishment serving food is the cleanliness, as well as the attitudes of staff. That immediately tells me what type of experience I’m going to have there. A filthy, disorganized place screams ‘THEOWNERDOESN’T GIVE A RAT’S @SSAND/OR ISNEVERHERE’. This place is very clean, unlike so many of the other filthy Quiznos AND Subways I’ve visited. Take a look behind the counter, seriously. I did & was very surprised. The franchise owner doesn’t mind & even told me how their food prep area is cleaned, how many times a day it’s cleaned & even how often they change out their deli meats with fresh stock. He also still takes the time to use ‘food safe’ cleaning techniques throughout the restaurant. Everything in that place, floors/tables/counters/behind the counter, has been clean every time I’ve been there. I’m very impressed every time I stop in, gotta say. If you look into the sandwich prep area, you’ll see that the mushrooms aren’t slopped over into the cheese, there aren’t crumbs & pieces of previous customers’ sandwiches on the prep area, no stray bits of veggies or meat on the prep board and the condiment tubs don’t have chunks of other crap sitting in them — which is rampant food poisoning just waiting to happen. The owner sometimes even has his young daughters there helping out & learning how to make proper change, using the cash register & learning how to serve customers. It’s really nice to see a parent taking the time to do this, especially with the patience he displays. Service is fast, the food is great, sandwich fillings aren’t cheaped out on and the owner is also a very nice guy. As are his kids when I’ve seen them there. He takes the time to get to know his customers & remembers what I usually order. When the owner isn’t there himself, the other couple of staff I’ve dealt with are also great. Very good attitudes, pleasant, quick, clean, friendly with customers & they obviously keep the owner’s standards up when he isn’t around. They also pass on customer comments on to the owner — positive & negative — and keep him in the loop, as I found out. Definitely the best Quiznos I’ve been to in many years.

Typically fresh and tasty Quiznos fare, but friendly service sets this location apart.

I don’t know. I have had some real iffy experiences at this Quiznos. Not to mention the management and ownership of this location has changed hands at least three times in the past five years. It’s not an ideal location to have a Quzinos. There is a Subway is not even a block away. They don’t have convenient hours either. They aren’t open late like Subway. Don’t get me wrong. I love the Quzinos sammiches long time..

How can one NOT love the original toasted sub sandwich?! When you eat Quizno’s, you feel as if you’re actually eating a meal that won’t make you hungry in about 75 minutes. It’s so scrumptious. Their veggie sub is so good… loaded with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, olives, guacamole and a whole bunch more — i feel healthy when I eat here! And they have recently introduced new pizzas and mini subs if you’re looking more for a snack than a meal. ps. After 5pm, you can get selected large subs for $ 5 =)(happy happy joy joy!)
