Receptionist (Darcy) is warm and very friendly, always with a smile and a laugh. Everyone else seems very friendly, though I can only really speak to my physiotherapist, Sam, who is great! She takes the time to explain the hows and whys. She is personable, understanding and communicates very well. I have went over the course of several months, and I’ve always been happy. =D
