Smooth Flow Plumbing & Heating

Needed some work done fixing the hose bibs on my house, so I called this company that I found on Unilocal and cragslist.
Gary returned my initial call promptly and scheduled a time to come and do the work.
Good communication overall as he let me know he was running behind by about 10 minutes on the morning of the job. Still, he arrived on time.
My job turned in to being a little more work than he first thought due to the access to the fixtures being difficult., but he let me know exactly what needed to be done which was also appreciated.
Found out that Gary has many years of experience and that he started this business as a «semi-​retirement» after 20+ years experience in the construction industry. Because of this he was not in a rush to get to the next job, but made sure my job was done right.
After the job was done, he presented my a well organized invoice which was very reasonably priced.
Very satisfied customer.

Need some pipe work done on my relatives house so I called these guys up a few weeks ago, while I was in town. Its a fairly new small business in the surrey area composed of guys who have been in the industry for a really long time, which gave me some good reason to write a review about them, also the surprising fact that they didn’t have any other reviews before I started writing this current one.
Having used quite a few contracting companies in the past and having great to not so great experiences in the past this one did truly stand out to me. The whole approach, end results, and work ethic was just so on point.
I do perform smaller scale work on my own house and cars quite often (within my capabilities) and I felt that the work was done to the same standard as I would have done it (read my other reviews I am super particular about work done to my car, house, etc.). Overall I am highly impressed with the quality of the work. 5 stars.
