Nice and quiet place to stop before or after Crescent Beach with lots of comfy chairs and seating for all to enjoy. It does get busy between 10am-​12pm ususal morning rush of people. Friendly staff with lots of South Surrey/​White Rock clientele (mommies in yoga pants who drive SUV’s)
The best part is the parking lot as there are lots of spaces unlike the one just off 16th ave and 152 street.

Tucked away — probably the most tucked away Starbucks that I’ve ever been to. Never really too busy, and right in Ocean Park so usually it’s a drop through for me when I’m out running other errands (Safeway, Chan’s and Piquant).
