Prior to joining The Glass Guru, I ran a greenhouse farming business for 12 years and had gained skills installing and replacing greenhouse glasses. The Glass Guru offers not only window replacement but also restoration services. Make sure you ask for warranty on this company or else they will say that they are not responsible anymore if the glass will break the next day they installed the glass. what happened to me is they installed the screw very tight and they said it will loosen up but what happen instead the glass break. and now they are asking me if I want to buy again the
frustrating.

I recently moved to an 8^th floor condo unit with my two cats. After living here for a couple months and with the weather warming up, we realized how much we were in need of some window screens for our windows and sliding patio door.
At first i was looking at places that specialized in window screens, but i was either not responded to or was given an insane wait time to even get an in home estimate.
It was getting too stuffy in here for us and the cats, but with my cats having a fascination with birds, I couldn’t open any of our windows. We needed screens fast, so I started looking elsewhere.
So, we did some further hunting and found Chris at Glass Guru. He was prompt in his response to my inquiry, and came out to do in home measurements within a few days of my inquiry.
The screens, with pet proofing to resist scratching claws, the over all price was very reasonable and on par with other companies I had gotten quotes from. Everything was ready, and he came to install the screens exactly a week after the in home estimate.
I am very happy with the customer service I was provided, the pricing I was given, and the timely manner that the job was completed in.
