My friends and I have coffee from 3:00 to 5:30 a couple of days each week. We lost our last place to the economy an had to look for a new coffees spot. I believe we have found it in this place. The coffee is good, and reasonable prices. The seats are comfortable and the owner is very nice. It has a great selection of lunch items as well as lots of baked goods. I think we have our new spot.

Great neighborhood presence but weak delivery on their coffee. Made even worse when you ask for a double shot and get a long shot.
