If I could ZERO stars. We booked one of their supposedly premium limos for our wedding in July. It was 30 degrees that day and the limos air conditioning was broken, and the windows were broken so didn’t roll down. So the whole wedding party was sweating like crazy in the limo to a point where one of the groomsmen had to ride with the photographer from heat stroke. They provided a 25% refund for the poor service and also said anything can happen to the limos on hot days and that limo was working fine the next day when he brought it to the mechanic…
Avoid this company unless you are prepared to pay a lot of money for terrible service especially on you wedding day.

I’ve used lots of limo companies before and this one was a huge rip off. Was quoted a certain price for 2 trips in one evening. They ended up sending me a bigger limo for the second trip which they said would be no charge and it ended up costing me 200 more! They said because I had 6 extra passengers, a bit steep if you ask me. I would think twice before using this company
