I wish I could rate the dealership and the techs separately. Dealership is having issues at the moment. Service and parts department needs to get back on track. When it’s not busy. The lady service advisor farts around more than 30 minutes to complete the paperwork despite the customer waiting in her presence. The invoice wasn’t complicated. The customer shouldn’t have to wait that long. In most cases, the customer only waits 5 minutes or so after their vehicle is ready. Our work order was straight forward and like I wrote, it wasn’t busy. It’s like the customer isn’t even there.. Also a basic service like ours normally takes less than 30 minutes. In our case, it took about 2 hours. Again. They weren’t very busy.
The techs here are very good and service bay large and clean. They don’t vacuum your interior now unlike other Mazda dealerships.
Dealership has now a stingyness feel to it. From the flat screen TV and poor quality TV channels. (no hd) in the waiting area, to the yukky coffee maker. (no hot chocolate) as other Mazda dealership do. They also don’t take Amex which is unusual for a dealer. There’s more as well but I’ll leave it at that.
In summary. I think this dealership is hurting with a lack of Mazda customers. The techs get a 4 or 5 star rating and for complicated trouble shooting we’ll return but for scheduled maintenance, no.
Charging customers shop supplies or miscellaneous fees (excluding environmental) should be illegal but government won’t do anything about that. Consumers should stand up and refuse to pay it.

Went to Wolfe Langley Mazda to look at a car that I was interested in. Things started out positive but for the follow up conversations and negotiations things fell apart. Felt like I was bounced from sales associate to sales associate as someone was always away or out of the office. No consistency really. Asked about getting bars for a roof rack installed and was told they would get back to me and nobody did. Never got a handshake or a «thank you for your business.» Honestly felt like I was inconveniencing them and taking their time away from other customers. If the car I was buying wasn’t hard to find and exactly what I was looking for I would have taken my business elsewhere. Won’t be going back.

There’s a reason why I have bought my last 4 vehicles at Wolfe, they are pleasure to deal with.
This past week, I came in and met Shane and Patrick. I traded 2 vehicles and bought a 2016 Mazda CX-​5. Their trade-​in offer is better than the competition. The vehicle pricing is more than fair. Throughout the negotiations, I didn’t feel pressured. I felt they will give you what they can, if you are within reason.
Shane is a good salesman. He’ll go the extra mile for you. Patrick, their manager, can make things happen. He just authorized a discount upfront, I didn’t need to haggle much. I do have a copy of Carcostcanada so I have a pricing benchmark.
I will never hesitate going back if I want to buy another vehicle or recommend them to people I know.
All my previous vehicles have been serviced by Wolfe and I will let them take care of my car once again.

Tried Specialty Subaru in North Vancouver. They are not too helpful. Went to Wolfe Subaru in Langley and made my purchase. Very pleased with my sales person, Matthew and was able to find a lease back Forester with low mileage which saved me a few thousand dollars too boot. Love the car and the dealership. Gary

Make sure if you are looking for a used car here you get the actual price first. I drove out here from burnaby to find out they price they advertised was from 12 500. The car I called and talked about was now 14 500. Since when do you price used cars this way? Anyways besides that I found Drew to be very helpful and nice.

I dealt with Shane who I found via an Autotrader post and he provided me a quote quickly just over phone and email on a CX-​5 and some accessories. He was very straightforward, and provided the lowest quote out of about 4 around the lower mainland and also offered way more on my trade in than I was being offered at another dealer. I accepted over the phone and when I showed up to pick up the car, all the paperwork was as expected.
They forgot to install my wheel locks and because it was late on a Sunday, weren’t able to get them, but when I called back a month later to get them, they told me to come in that day and they installed them quickly.
For being willing to do all the dealing over email and phone, not wasting my time and not trying to play any games, I’ve got to recommend them. It was a 40 minute drive to get there, but I saved over $ 1000 for that one time drive.
Would happily refer all of my friends to go to Shane to save themselves a lot of time.

A few exceptional staffers (very few) are not enough to make up for the pack of arrogant unprofessional scoundrels. My experience involved more time waiting in the lounge than working on the deal, catching the receptionist browsing male lingerie on the front desk computer, a finance manager informing me that the sales manager has no idea what hes doing and a bag of broken assurances and sneaky money grab tricks. Buyer beware, double check your numbers (seriously, we found two simple math «mistakes»), get it all in writing or better yet, go to west coast Mazda as I eventually did after wasting a week here.
